Why I Know Coaching Works For Those Who Are Hungry And Committed.
When I started my luxury real estate career in 2001 I sought out someone who was known as one of the best in the business to learn from. Man was she tough on me! But I learned so much that helped position me for success in my niche as a luxury real estate advisor representing professional athletes and high network individuals
Fast forward to 2008 when due to the crash of the real estate market I started a side gig to earn extra money.
It was in an industry I didn't have experience in and I knew I needed to find a coach fast.
Financially speaking I didn't have the money to invest in coaching with my house in foreclosure and
owing the IRS $232,000 in back taxes, BUT I was absolutely committed to changing my life, getting my sons into a private Christian School and I knew I needed a coach and mentor to help me.
I prayed, trusted GOD and I hired my first business coach (Dustin) and it was a Game Changer for me!
Since then I have hired other coaches when I was committed to growth and change.
Just last year I invested $50,000 + in Coaching.
